Support - Recovery coaching

By the time I started working with Jane, she was well into her recovery journey. Jane’s main goal was to return to employment and no longer require the NDIS or center link DSP support.

Support included assistance with managing mental health challenges and actioning wellness goals to minimise crisis points.

Our time frame together was approx. 2.5 years. Fast forward to mid to late 2024. Jane no longer required recovery coaching or support workers to assist her with managing her psychosocial disability. Jane is actively engaged with her local community. Is a volunteer for a crisis center and now helping others through her life experiences as well as mainstream study. Jane also, found her faith from Christianity which has been an amazing benefit to her psychosocial growth, community connections and a source of inspiration.

Jane graduated from my services in mid to late 2024.

Jane and I catch up now as peers every 4 months for a non-NDIS check in on each other’s lives, talk philosophy and theology and to see what she is up to, and how she is creating new experiences in her life.
